Description
A creamy, easy-to-make Espresso Martini Mocktail that combines rich espresso with cinnamon simple syrup and a smooth creamer, shaken to a frothy perfection and garnished with cacao powder and coffee beans for an elegant non-alcoholic treat.
Ingredients
Scale
Espresso Martini Mocktail
- 1 ½ oz creamer, cream, or milk (I used an oat milk creamer)
- 1 oz cinnamon simple syrup (or other simple syrup, see notes)
- 1 shot freshly brewed espresso
- Handful ice
- ½ tsp cacao powder
- 3 coffee beans for garnish
Instructions
- Combine Ingredients: Add the creamer, cinnamon simple syrup, and freshly brewed espresso to a cocktail shaker.
- Add Ice and Shake: Add a good handful of ice and shake vigorously for about 10 seconds to mix and chill the ingredients.
- Optional Dry Shake: For an extra foamy espresso martini, strain out the ice and shake again vigorously without ice, then proceed to the next step.
- Strain and Garnish: Strain the mocktail into a coupe glass, dust the top evenly with cacao powder, and garnish with 3 coffee beans. Serve immediately and enjoy!
Notes
- This mocktail is creamy and super easy to make, perfect for any coffee lover seeking a non-alcoholic version.
- You can use decaf espresso or any preferred syrup to suit your taste.
- For a vegan version, use plant-based creamer such as oat milk creamer as suggested.
- Cinnamon simple syrup can be easily made at home by simmering equal parts sugar and water with cinnamon sticks.
