Lasagna Noodles

  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • ¾ cup parmesan cheese, grated
  • ½ teaspoon salt

  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese, divided

Instructions

  1. Cook the Noodles: Cook the lasagna noodles according to package instructions with 1 teaspoon salt until al dente. Drain and keep them in a pot with room temperature water to prevent sticking.
  2. Prepare the Baking Dish: Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Spray a 9x13 inch baking pan with cooking spray and set aside.
  3. Make Alfredo Sauce: Melt butter over medium heat in a pan, then sauté minced garlic until fragrant, about 1 minute. Stir in flour and cook for 1 minute. Gradually whisk in milk and heavy cream, allowing the mixture to simmer for 2 minutes. Add parmesan cheese, salt, pepper, and nutmeg if using.
